AIMEE TURNER, Miss Kentucky Volunteer

Aimee Turner, of Louisville, captured the crown (and a $5,000 scholarship) in the inaugural Miss Kentucky Volunteer Pageant, held September 4th - 5th in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Ms. Turner is a graduate of Ballard High School and continued her education at Drexel University earning a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Science. She is currently pursuing her MBA. Competing as Miss Jefferson County Volunteer, Aimee performed an Aerial Acrobatics routine on Silks to the song "The Greatest Show". Aimee is the founder of "Let's Connect Now," an organization championing women in business. In recognition of her advocacy work, she earned the "Heart of a Volunteer" award.

Aimee will represent the Commonwealth at the Miss Volunteer America Pageant, in Jackson, Tennessee, in May 2022.

JENNA EVANS, Miss Kentucky Teen Volunteer

Jenna Evans, of West Liberty, walked away with the crown (and a $1,500 scholarship) during the first Miss Kentucky Teen Volunteer Pageant. The competition was held September 4 – 5, at the Southern Kentucky Performing Arts Center, in Bowling Green. Jenna is a student at Morgan County High School. Wearing the title of Miss Eastern Kentucky Teen Volunteer, she performed a jazz dance to "River Deep Mountain High." Through her platform, "Nothing Down About It," Jenna is giving a voice to those living with Downs Syndrome. Because of her commitment to service, Jenna earned the Teen "Heart of a Volunteer" award.

Miss Kentucky Volunteer is part of a nationwide, service-oriented scholarship program that seeks to empower young women across the country through educational scholarships and extraordinary opportunities.
